The Industriehof dates back to the Speyer celluloid factory founded in 1897, which was one of the largest German manufacturers of celluloid in the 1930s and employed up to 1,000 people.
Production ceased at the end of the 1960s. However, the building structure has largely been preserved and has developed a charm all of its own as a commercial and residential neighbourhood.
Experience crafts and art, gastronomy and regional start-ups in a very special atmosphere. You can get a first impression of the site, an overview of the companies based there and everything you need to know about upcoming events on the Industriehof website (German only).
