Palatinate? International? Don´t mind - as long as it's good!
“Cheers. The Palatinate.” Hardly any other region has such an apt slogan as the Palatinate.
“Cheers”—warm, friendly, indulgent—sums up everything that makes the Palatinate what it is. Of course, this also applies to us in Speyer.
Much of what we serve comes from right outside the city gates. After all, the Rhine-Palatinate is a huge vegetable and fruit garden. The German Wine Route, which runs just 20 kms west of Speyer Cathedral, ensures that our glasses are always at least half full.
So here you can still eat typical regional food and be pretty sure that the ingredients have not travelled far to get here.
As a modern, cosmopolitan city, we naturally have something to offer for every taste. Ultimately, what matters is that the quality is right and that you enjoy it. In any case, we can guarantee that no one in Speyer will go hungry or thirsty!
